On 20 July 2016, the Federal Court made Asset Preservations Orders against Jane Rosemary Flegg, former company secretary of Continental Coal Ltd (in liquidation). 魅影直播 wishes to notify the public that the Asset Preservation Orders against Ms Flegg may be discharged.
Any individuals who believe that they may be an 鈥榓ggrieved person鈥� and require the Asset Preservation Orders to remain in place should contact 魅影直播 by no later than聽Tuesday, 26 October 2021 and provide 魅影直播 with a general statement as to the basis of any claim. Please notify 魅影直播 by contacting Brieanna Mercer at聽Brieanna.mercer@asic.gov.au.
If 魅影直播 is not contacted by any individual 鈥榓ggrieved persons鈥� by this time 魅影直播 will seek that the Asset Preservation Orders against Ms Flegg be discharged.
