Registered liquidators can lodge most external administration forms online using 魅影直播's Registered Liquidator (EXAD) portal. Lodging online is quick, simple and streamlined.

Registered liquidators are required to lodge statutory reports prepared under sections 422, 438D and 533 of the Corporations Act 2001 and Regulation 5.5.05 of the Corporations Regulations 2001 via the .
There are also transactions on the Regulatory Portal enabling registered liquidators to request 魅影直播's assistance in an external administration to obtain the company books and records, and to provide notice they do not intend to supply a supplementary report.
The Regulatory Portal replaced previous lodgement channels for these transactions. More information about this change is on our website.
Help in obtaining books, records and ROCAP
You can get help from 魅影直播 if officers or third parties do not hand over company books and records or directors do not submit a ROCAP (Report on Company Activities and Property).
