CP 159 Acquisitions approved by members - update to RG 74

This consultation paper sets out 魅影直播鈥檚 proposals for updating our policy in Regulatory Guide 74 Acquisitions agreed to by shareholders (RG 74) on the takeovers exception for acquisitions approved by members (now in item 7 of s611 of the Corporations Act).
The paper attaches a draft update of Regulatory Guide 74 Acquisitions approved by members (draft updated RG 74) and seeks feedback on our proposed policy.
