CP 165 Credit assistance for home loans - Competence and training requirements

This paper sets out 魅影直播鈥檚 proposals for modifying the training requirements for credit representatives who provide credit assistance to consumers on home loans. The current requirements are set out in Regulatory Guide 206 Credit licensing: Competence and training (RG 206).
We are seeking feedback on our proposals from credit licensees and their representatives, consumer representatives and other interested parties.
