CP 165 Credit assistance for home loans - Competence and training requirements

This paper sets out ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥â€™s proposals for modifying the training requirements for credit representatives who provide credit assistance to consumers on home loans. The current requirements are set out in Regulatory Guide 206 Credit licensing: Competence and training (RG 206).
We are seeking feedback on our proposals from credit licensees and their representatives, consumer representatives and other interested parties.
