This consultation paper sets out our proposals on how we will implement 魅影直播鈥檚 new power to wind up a company when the company has been abandoned by its director(s) (in certain circumstances): Pt 5.4C of the Corporations Act 2001 (Corporations Act).
The purpose of this paper is to seek your views on our proposed implementation.
