CP 235 Proposed amendments to 魅影直播 market integrity rules and instruments for the Chi-X investment product market

This consultation paper sets out our proposals to amend the 魅影直播 Market Integrity Rules (Chi-X Australia Market) 2011, 魅影直播 Market Integrity Rules (Competition in Exchange Markets) 2011 and existing 魅影直播 instruments, for Chi-X鈥檚 proposal to commence the quotation and trading of warrants and exchange traded funds on a new investment product market. We are also proposing minor amendments to the 魅影直播 Market Integrity Rules (ASX Market) 2010.
Note: Implementation of these proposals is subject to the Minister鈥檚 approval to the variation of Chi-X鈥檚 Australian market licence and a decision not to disallow the proposed amendments to the Chi-X Operating Rules.
