RG 101 Managed investment scheme buy-backs

This guide is for responsible entities of registered managed investment schemes, including schemes that form part of a stapled group, and their advisers involved in buy-backs of interests in such schemes.

It explains:

  • 聼the relief we have given in from certain provisions of the Corporations Act 2001 and what a responsible entity of an ASX-listed scheme should do in conducting an on-market buy-back; and
  • 聼our policy on applications for individual relief for scheme buy-backs.
