REP 123 A report on costs of financial services

This reports presents the findings from interviews conducted by Chant Link & Associates with 64 financial services organisations in November and December 2007. The key objectives of the research were to assist 魅影直播 to:
- Develop its understanding of industry perceptions of and attitudes about the overall size and direction of compliance costs
- Develop an ability to deal with information about costs and thereby inform and guide 魅影直播鈥檚 approach to its regulatory decision-making.
This report presents the detailed findings from the research as well as conclusions and recommendations.
